A Little Bit About How It Started

This collaborative effort involved two contractors with over 70 years of combined experience in commercial construction, structural engineering, hospital facility management, and residential construction.

In 1990, as contractors, we faced numerous challenges and decided to create a version of Smart Builder 360 to streamline our business operations.

As our construction business grew, so did our software. We consistently made changes to the operating system while maintaining its simplicity. In the early 2000s, we decided to sell the software system locally to builders who encountered similar challenges.

In 2022, we revamped our software system to enhance the user experience and boost productivity. This update empowered our contractors to maximize profits, save time and money, and streamline their operations.
